Editing
Some writing requires more that just proofreading to bring it up to a high standard. This may be because you have relied too heavily on a particular source(s) and are worried about plagiarism. Or maybe you have too many words and need the word count to be reduced. Also, you may need your references and bibliography checked.
If you have had your coursework or dissertations returned with a low mark then use this service to bring your resubmission into line with your tutors comments.
The editing service includes all the work shown under proofreading plus:-

* Restructuring paragraphs
* Ensuring your arguments address the Essay/Dissertation question
* Checking your citations and Bibliography
* Converting from one referencing system to another

Summary of the differences between Proofreading and Editing service
Important Notes:
- Typically, paraphrasing can reduce the plagiarism level by about half. For highly technical, scientific or legal subjects this may be more difficult as precise terms are used and often cannot be replaced.
- There is no ‘official’ level of matching text which is acceptable in UK universities; in fact it is often left up to individual tutors.
- Documents with more than 50% matching text are unlikely to be reduced to an acceptable level even after editing/paraphrasing. In this case you will need some new text to be written as well as the paraphrasing.
